Almost time for my vacation

Hey guys! I know, I've been ditching the blog again. But anyway, this new one's here! As you can see from the title, this post is all about my vacation to the Other Side Of The World (OSTW). Have I told you my family's destination yet? I don't think so. Well, I'm finally going to reveal it.
Of course my classmates already know where I'm going and my family too, but here it is: I'm going to U.S.A.! It's going to be supercold there though. It can reach 1 degree celsius in the morning, at 8.00 AM! My mom and dad have been preparing for our trip lots - since July, I think. And now it's come all the way to this day. Wow, time sure flies by quickly! In August I thought that I would never make it to December... But - Wait! Oh yeah... I haven't told you the travel date yet! Oh silly me. As you know from my other posts I'm quite decently forgetful.
Well, I'm going to be leaving Singapore on the 14th, or maybe it's the 15th... Anyway, we're not taking the fancy Singapore Airlines, because its too expensive. We're just taking the China Airlines to go there. But it's not a non-stop flight there. We are stopping at Taiwan first for eight hours, then going on the airplane again to go to the United States of America. It's going to be quite freezing there but we brought along a lot of jackets and a ton of layers, so I hope all of us (especially my little 3 - year - old brother Alphonsus) will be nice and warm. Wow, I think that all of us are going to look like a giant puff of air! But nevermind. Most people going to a country that is almost at freezing point would do that.
So guys, where are you all going for your December Holidays? I hope you tell me! Please post your destination into the comments below along with your e-mail and I'll try to get back to you, if you want. You can also post requests for blog posts and maybe I'll make the blog post that you requested. It's mostly like a first - come - first - serve service.

Anyway, see you soon! I hope that I'll be able to make a new blog post right before we get into the aeroplane!

  Sincerely, Kirsten Clare

Hello again everybody!

Hi, ho, again! I'm sorry for not posting onto this blog for such a long period of time again... I was quite caught up with my own busybody business. But, anyway, as you can see from the title, this post is all warm greetings and sorries. I hope that all of you who constantly check my blog will enjoy reading it once again, after I had posted much, much more posts. I'll try my best to get back to you if you comment your e-mail.
So, anyway, I just wanted to say a little "hi" and share the good and bad news that had happened in my school. Do you want to hear the good news or the bad news first? I think you would want to hear the Bad News before the Good ones. Okay... Here it goes.

  1. I had gotten into the top two classes in my school, but only six of my other classmates followed me to the same class I had gone to.
  2. All the girls in my new class, Teamwork 1, are grouped in cliques and groups, so it may be hard to find a whole - class group and settle there.
  3. My best buddies are not in my class, so I'm quite lonely sometimes.
  4. Only one of my good friends are in my class :(
  5. I may not have time to post on this blog regularly anymore in the next school year.
So that's the bad news. But anyway, here's the good news!
  1. I am fourth in position among the whole of the 289 pupils in the Primary 3 level.
  2. I am in the first class! :)
  3. I am the top scorer in English!
  4. Today is the last day of the School Year!
  5. I have enough time to post on this blog regularly in the December Holidays!
  6. I am going on a 15 - day trip overseas!
  7. I am attending the Prize - Giving Ceremony that only Prize - Winners are allowed to attend!
Yay! From what I can see, I have 2 more pieces of good news than bad news! Lucky me. I hate to boast, but... I am quite smart. Except in Mathematics/Arithmetic.

Ah well... I think that this is the end of my Mostly - All - About - Me (MAAM) post. See you later! I hope to see you here at my Blog again soon!

  Sincere Regards,
Kirsten Clare M. Negapatan

A real surprise

Hey guys! I mean, also a warm welcome to girls, of course. Well, you can't really guess this post's subject from the title. I know, it's quite obvious that a real surprise could mean anything. However... This post isn't about much, so it isn't "*R & T*" a surprise. By the way, "*R & T*" means "Really & Truly", but I put the stars on each end of the sentence because I wanted it to look F - A - N - C - Y. You know, like a boutique or something. No offence, boys, but I'm a girl, right? I like doing what I like to do. Yeah, I know that that doesn't really make sense. But anyway! Back to the topic.
The main topic was actually supposed to be on where I was going for December, but I decided to keep it a secret - I was quite scared for some reason. So. When I got that scared feeling, I decided to change the topic to "A new blog???..... Again?" But I didn't really want it to stand out, so.... I just decided to keep it a secret. Have I introduced you to my Best Friends yet? I didn't really mean to make them a public figure, but... How can I introduce my friends to you without introducing you to their names? You need to know their names and what to call them. So, I'm sorry if I might have accidentally betrayed you, Rachael, but I have to.
As you know, my friend Rachael has chosen - or decided - to make a new blog, just her BFFs and her. We would take turns to post comments, and to post posts as well. I know that it would be fun, even if nobody knew about the blog but us, so that we could express ourselves freely. I think that it would make a good difference in our lives and lighten our heart. All the passers - by who had just looked at this post to read, you have your own place to post your thoughts, as well. Remember "Sharing your Thoughts"? Yep! That's your web sharer, if you want one. Also, if you would like to make a little diary or journal, you could - It would greatly improve your english, whether it's grammar or vocabulary that needs improving. Everybody could improve their English by reading and writing. It's a good habit to write, and sometimes, though it doesn't really matter, you get rewarded for it. For example, there's a writing competition of at least a thousand words that's taking place in the year of 2011. I don't really focus on the prize - I focus on the writing. You'll never know what you might find out about yourself, just through writing.
Also, just for reference, you can ask any librarian or adult or english whiz about story writing, and they'll give you lots of good advice. You can also ask for my phone number, once you verify that you're someone that I trust and know. Just ask, through school or comments. Geezle peezle, I never get much of a comment in here. Is there something wrong with my computer that doesn't allow me to see comments or ratings? Because the number of visitors to my blog just keep going higher and higher. Honest! I didn't include myself in the bar graph, either.

Well, that's it for today... And, as usual, I encourage you to be a better writer and get better scores at English! :)

    Warm and Sincere Regards,
Kirsten Clare, the owner of Kirsten Clare's Diary.

No more glasses! Hurray!

Well, guys, I should have told you this a month ago, but I didn't want you to know just yet. Although I haven't told you, the topic is clear: No more glasses. Isn't that great? I mean, if glasses are being worn on your nose, you have to always clear the smudges away, or the fingerprints away, so, it's like, annoying. So my mom figured, "Isn't there a way to help my daughter's eyes' prescription go down?" And my mom's favourite optometrist, Miss Feebee, told my mom that there was a way to do that, and it was by Night Lens, otherwise called OK Lens. The lens would help to bring my prescription down pretty fast. I didn't know, but I was quite excited. No more glasses? It was too good to be true. But it was. My mom thought about it for a while, and she agreed to pay half the fare, for the transport fees first, then she would pay the other half after they showed and made sure that I was OK with it and that my eyes didn't have any irritation. My mom thought that the overall fee was quite $$$Expensive$$$ , so she asked Miss Feebee if she could give us a discount. Since we went to only her store to buy the eye care goods, she agreed to lower it by $200. My mom, thrifty, thanked Miss Feebee for the discount.

The next week came and I was bubbling with anticipation. Miss Feebee had said that the Lens would come in about 2 weeks time, yet I couldn't wait! It was the 6th or the 9th of June, I guess, and we were out at Orchard to buy some stuff. It was fun, until my brother got hurt. he had 4-6 mid-deep cuts on his arms and I bet it hurt a LOT. I pitied him and I felt relieved that I didn't get the injury. Still, I already had even bigger injuries before. And even DEEPER ones. I bit my lip as he was treated - painfully, I think. But we soon had lunch at the Kopitiam store there, and I think everybody was treating my brother extra carefully. Even me! While we were eating, mum got a call from Miss Feebee that the lens had arrived from America. And only in a WEEK! I was so excited that I ate quicker than I ever had before. I bombarded my mom with questions and she got lost in my questions and feeding my younger brother.
Anyway, we got to the optometrist, tried on the lens, they fit perfectly, went to an eye exam, bombarded with questions and instructions, packed the lens in a bag and Dat-ta-da-da! Done. I know it sounded quick and I hope you're not disappointed that you didn't get filled in with the entire details, but you know, you can never always leave me a comment or suggestion and you know that I will never respond ignore your comments. Thanks for listening / reading and I hope you enjoy the rest of the blog!

Yours Sincerely, Kirsten Clare @ Kirsten Clare's Diary.

A very BUSY week/ month

Hiya, fellas! I'm sorry for not posting on my blog for so long... I guess I almost forgot all about it! For those who posted comments and haven't received a reply, don't worry. I have looked at them and probably replied to the replyable-or-whatsoever comments.
Anyway, back to the subject. Guess what. As you know, today is Tuesday, 5th of July. But I have been VERY busy on Youth Day Off - in - lieu. The reason is because I forgot to ask for clay so my mom had to go to POPULAR to buy me some at nighttime. Because I bought it only at nighttime, I had to do it the next morning. So, luckily I finished it on time, at 6.00p.m. I really was exhausted to be sitting down for so long. I was sooo relieved when I could stand up again. But that's the only the first day. And the first part. For the rest of the story, look out for the titles A very BUSY week/month II and A very BUSY week/month III. Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy reading what's in my blog ;D

P.S. If you have passion for writing, a good grade in English and a busy life full of news(optional), I have an idea for you. Instead of coming to my blog every month or so, why don't you focus on your OWN blog? I mean, you can improve on your English too, right? And if you just give me the website of the blog, I can visit every time I can and I can post feedbacks and suggestions for a better blog entry. You are welcome to visit my website for reference, and any other blog you know of. You may, if she gives you permission, visit my best friend, Rachael's blog. Ask her first - she's always visiting her blog - before you go copying any of her extotic words or designs or photo types or subjects. Her website is shown in my "My favorite/ followed blogs" column. Or if you want quicker access, here her blogsite is: (You can click on it to visit straightaway)

A new surprise

Hi guys! I'm posting about some surprising news. Do you like flowers? Or do you like planting or caring for them? If you do, what would you do if your mum got you a batch of seeds to plant? I'd be excited and go plant the seeds right away! Can you guess what the surprise was? Seeds to plant in? Nope. My mum bought me an alive purple Orchid and a Magic Rose. The Orchid was so pretty and the Magic Rose was so... Magical. I gasped when I saw the flowers and asked mum straightaway how she got those. She explained that she had bought them at Chong Pang that morning, applying for my brother's treatment at the doctors', when she walked out and saw a store with lots of pretty flowers inside. She rushed in and asked the lady if the flowers were real. When she heard that the flowers were real, she bought them. She loves planting flowers. In our old garden outside out house, she used to plant flowers everywhere. I must have inherited the love of gardening from her. Anyway, she brought the flowers home, fetched me and vice versa. When I saw the Magic Rose, I was puzzled. "Why are they called Magic Rose? They don't look like roses." I told my mum. "I'm also not sure why, but that's how it is." My mum answered me. "But they are magic because they close up at 6.00 p.m. and bloom in the morning." She said. "Oh..." I said. Then I went inside the house, fetched the spray and watered the Orchid and the Magic Rose. "KC, did you know that if you take good care of the Orchid, new shoots with new flowers will grow?" She asked me. "That would be nice," I said. "But don't overwater it," My mum cautioned me. "If you do, the roots of the Orchid will grow soft and the plant will die." I nodded. After I watered the plants, it was time for lunch. I quickly ate and went back to school for CCA.

Notifications...

Hi guys... I just noticed something strange on my blog that I think you should be notified about. I think that the blog dates are one day before the actual date here in Singapore. So when they say "30th April 2011", it's actually "1st May 2011". So don't get mixed up that my birthday is on the 30th of April. It's actually the 1st of May, Labour day. This is going to be a short post, but it's a little not-so-serious notification. I'm also going to tell you about the properties of my blog(in case you don't know).
On the left side of the blog, you can see me riding on a pretend horse. Yes. That is my profile. And in the middle, where the most of the words are, are the posts that I have posted. Above every post, there is the date and time of when I posted the post. And lastly, to the right. There is the "Welcome!" message, the most popular posts, a search bar to search the web/my blog, the total pageviews, my followers and my blog archive.( That means it'll display how many posts I have posted in a certain month and what they are. Then at the bottom, there's the "Subscribe to: Posts Atom" or whatever thing. And lastly, at the very end of my blog, there are a few bold writings saying a little goodbye and thank you to our fellow readers. And that's all for now, but if you have any questions, you can always post a question-comment. I'll be sure to read it and post back. Thank you for reading this notification post and I hope you enjoy reading my blog!

Once in a blue moon...

Hi. Nowadays, it's pretty quiet in my world. Days aren't buzzing with news like they usually do, and now I feel as if I can hear a single drop of rain fall into a net. The only thing I hear is the boring buzz of my friends' chatter and the breeze of my electric fan. There is not much going on in my world, and now it's as if there's an eclipse. The sun is being covered by the moon. News is disappearing like smoke in the wind, and ideas are vanishing like dust in the sand. Its like the blue moon is taking them away to replenish them so that, when he comes again he can blow the new ideas over my head... It's sort of pleasant to feel the breeze in my hair. The news is falling apart... And when it comes together again, the news will be bursting on this blog like a million of dollars in a pouch.

*I know this post is kind of short, but it's what this post is about. I might be posting short stories here nowadays, so I think you might want to read some of them. (The * means 'take note') As I've said, the news will be bursting on this blog like a million of dollars in a pouch.

My best friends

Hi guys! I'm going to share with you on My Best Friends. My first best friend, Jon, is the one I met at P2. She was jolly, happy, bouncy, scientific and a bookworm, like me. Also, like me, Jon loves to write stories. Her stories are COOL as can be, and she uses good phrases even though her grammar has a little flaw in it. I'm really glad Jon was born in the year 2002, otherwise I wouldn't have met her! She's such a great friend! And secondly, Rachael. She has a blog like me, and she's a prefect. But that isn't why I like her so much. She's very nice and her singing voice is terrific. I also think she's beautiful and that the prefect tie shaped itself for her. She looks right in it. She's my partner in school and she always keeps me company. In rainy days, she entertains me with her unstoppable chatter and games, and no day is lonely. Except for days when she's not there. It's normally a rainy day when Rachael's not there, and I just want to pray that she'll appear out of thin air. Anyhow, whether it's Jon or Rachael, they both bring out the best in me. Last time, I was a shy girl and not much of a bookworm, and also not as smart in English. But Jon brought out the bookworm in me, and Rachael brought out the outgoingness in me. Now all I have to do is be myself and feel their magic work. Ah, It's good to have best friends!

*Did you know that a true friend or best friend accepts both your sides, your good and your bad? Yes. So look for true friends, not ones that will dump you as soon as they see another most popular girl in line. True friends will never leave your side. So get to know who your real friends are! And try your best to be a true friend!

Exams... Oh no...

Oh great. Exams are coming, exams are coming! I really love and don't like exams. They're kind of hard, but when you look at the over all result, actually, exams are really fun. At least, to me it is. But, the tough part is that it's in the Semestral Assesment 1, one of the biggest exams in the whole of the report card percentage. I really need to study more, because every day the exam questions get harder and every day you have to study harder. So hard that you'll crush your pen or pencil! I really don't like crushing my pen and wasting a good $2.20, so I'll really appreciate it if the bookshop makes it crushproof or something. UGH! Why do exams have to be so hard?   Of course, I know it's for my own good. Just keep thinking of the exam result and it'll motivate you to try harder. Try harder for a better result. But if that doesn't work, always look at the person better than you and tell yourself to strive to become better than them, to become better at that subject. Exams aren't there to make you feel bad when you fail. Exams are there to test you whether you learned or not. So you'd better pay attention in class! Take my advice and pay attention in class, study hard and don't resent the exams. Take your time to learn, no one is pushing you. You don't have to get good marks in your exams. All that matters is that you do your best!

The Hamster's Gazette: Issue 1

Hello and welcome to our first issue of Hamster's Gazette. We're all very excited and we hope that you enjoy our paper. If you have any feedbacks(that would be really yummy if you added a few sunflower seeds and a peanut), feel free to post it. Our first issue might not be that good, but with your feedbacks, we might improve! The creator of this newspaper is Mr Winter Snow, aged 0 and a half, a Pearl Winter White hamster. Anyhow, please enjoy our paper!

Introduction of editor, Mr. Winter Snow

Hi everyone, I'm Winter, as my owner calls me. I am a domestic pet and I have roamed my owner's house before and explored the outsides of an escalator. Of course, my owner was with me all the way, to look after me. But it was truly exciting! I saw a giant rectangle standing in front of me, with crystal glass. I was fascinated by the rainbow that it made. But as I was looking at it, my owner said "Times up, Wint. Time to go back into your cage." I sighed and yawned. My owner always does that, because she wants to take extra care of me. I understand her concern, because she told me once that she had two Safyer-breed hamsters, and they died because she gave them only one bed and they fought on who to sleep in the bed. There wasn't much else and my idea of Hamster's Gazette was dying out, when lightning and thunder struck. I was so scared that I jumped and burrowed into my bedding. I cried out in alarm when I saw a flash of white. I knew that my owner was out there, and I hoped that she was OK. When she came back with a tall woman, a little boy and a big boy, I was relieved. I knew that in the home that I trusted, I knew that I didn't need to worry. And I sunk into a deep sleep.

Ouch! Sorry. I had gotten way off the track. But my mind's going blank now, and I really, really need a nap. <Yawns> Ugh. Sorry. But, bye, and sleep tight.

Get outdoors!

Hi again! Now I'm going on the topic of games. Why do people spend lots of time on the computer? Addicted to games. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, only, who goes outdoors anymore? Only the babies do, but what about us? What about children? Almost all of us don't go downstairs to play soccer, excerscise or just simply enjoy the greenery. So think about it and consider. I have myopia, did you know that? I just don't have glasses in my picture. But now that I don't spend my days cooped up in the computer anymore(I still do occasionally, but not all the time), my myopia isn't spreading as quickly as it would have to another person. It's not as bad, but I still have it. To prevent this from happening to you, get outdoors! Did you know that my brother, Nicoli almost got myopia a long time ago, but because he spent so much time outdoors, it built a barrier and he doesn't have any glasses. He had encountered a miracle! So get out and play! Whether it's soccer, badminton, swimming, basketball, softball, hockey, excerscising or just taking a stroll, go for it! You never know what good it'll bring you.. But one thing's for sure. Myopia can't reach you as easily if you go outdoors for at least 10 minutes a day! It won't take much time, and surely homework isn't an overall excuse for you to play computer all day? I'm sure your parents won't like having to buy you glasses like mine - they cost $420! Not just because it's expensive but because it's not good for you, take good care of your eyes!

A hamster's news

Hey again. Hamster news is what this blog entry is all about. I've created a kind of news called the Hamster's Gazette, the news which I will be posting on this blog. The Hamster's Gazette is news on Hamsterworld, Winter Snow's world. In case you forgot, Winter is my Pearl Winter White hamster. Less on the Hamster's Gazette now, and back on the news. Winter has been improving his eating habits lately, and I've been feeding him yummy treats that I bought from the pet store to get him excited about the flavor of the food. The sunflower seeds help, too, and now, every time at breakfast, lunch and diner, I don't have to feed him anymore. He goes there by himself to have a sunflower seed or a peanut. And water? He drinks almost every once a half - hour! He's been doing great, putting equal time into excerscise, eat, drink and sleep. He's been growing healthily, though his lifespan is only up to 2 - 3 and a half years. Still, I love him! And just remember that now every post will be on Winter. Look for the Hamster's Gazette if you want to learn more about hamsters. Now, I have another post to be working on. Bye!

Hamster settled in, the hamster's settled in!

Hi guys(again)! Thanks for reading my blog, it's a pleasure to have viewers. But I have some not - really - exciting news to tell you. Remember my hamster? Yeah, the per shop only had males. The pure snow-white one was my favourite, but they said that the poor fella was injured and that we couldn't buy him until later. But I couldn't wait and chose the second-whitest one, which I called Winter Snow. Winter was an angel, until today. When I woke up at 7.00 a.m. this morning, I saw him rapidly at the hamster wheel, taking turns trying to gnaw the bars until they gave way. It wanted to be free. But hey, did you know that hamsters are nocturnal animals? Yup. So why did Winter sleep in the night, and be so active in the daytime? It's sort of strange, though I accept it. I think Winter doesn't know how to do anything by himself, so I've bathed, fed and bottle-fed him some water. He accepted all three before going at the hamster wheel again. This time, he didn't accept any of the treats I figured he'd go gaga for. He just pushed them out of the hamster wheel with his tiny paws and continued to run. I was worried that he wanted to excerscise to death, so I wanted to research it on the internet. I doubt there is any problem there, except that Winter has not been drinking his water lately. So I'm going to ask Google if it has any idea of why Winter was acting so weirdly. Anyhow, I'd better get researching. See ya later!

To-day it is my birthday!

Hey guys! I'm sorry if this isn't such a big occasion, but I feel so happy that it's finally here - my ninth birthday- which is at 1st of May - that I wanted to share it with all of you! I'm also going to be celebrating my tenth birthday here in future, but that's a year later! Just read the next paragraph and I'll tell you all about it!

Today, it's my birthday, as you all know. But the really cool thing is that my mom let me distribute goodie bags - pink for girls and blue for boys - to all my 40 classmates. Like, isn't that the coolest thing that you can give out goodie bags when you're already grown up and NINE??? I have the coolest mom ever(I know you think that your mom is the coolest. Everybody thinks so)! I got to make lots of new friends through the handing out of goodie bags. Now everybody knows me! But let's get away from the party a little bit. My mom decided that, since now I'm in the morning session, I have loads of time in the afternoon to do my homework and care for a pet. And guess what? Mom let me buy a hamster! I know that isn't seriously cool, but to me it is! I tried to care for two hamsters last time when I was five, and they both died because I only bought one bed, one bath and only one of so on. So they kept on fighting on who to sleep in the bed, who to bathe and all. It was very complicated. So when they died I had the impression that mom was never going to let me have a hamster again. But now, I CAN! I decided to buy the breed of Pearl Winter White, at $18. They were very domestic and well-trained. So I wanted to cuddle up next to them all day long. But just a friendly stroke or a long 10 minutes of caring for my hamster every day would suit me just fine. But you know what they say. Living things first, non-living things later. So I should care for my hamster until it's comfy cozy and the cage is locked before I go to my homework. And when I'm done with that, I'll just go to feed my guppies and go to play with my hamster - again. My guppies can't be played with, and they can't be cuddled up with. So I figure getting to teach the hamster who's boss by doing all my duties. This way, my hamster will see me as the owner and show respect towards me. That's why it's important to clean the cage, change the sand and so on. If you're not big enough yet, you can offer to help with the cleaning of the cage bars. Eh-he hem. Well, that's enough hamster talk now. I'll blog you when I get my hamster to settle in. Oh! And I almost forgot. We're having a birthday dinner tonight, and only my aunts, uncles and cousins are invited. It's going to be a perfect day!

The power of the book

Do you like reading? If you do, do you think you benefit from it? How? But if you don't like reading, then it's time to get you from an all-star sports guy to an all-star sports and reading person. Of course, you don't need to be. But, if you want to do better in your composition, it's what's better than just doing nothing and failing for your comprehension exam... Right? So, I'm saying... If you're not into reading thick books, calm down and take up reading a good, thin book with pictures to help you get fascinated. That's the beginner's level. But as you go on reading those tiny books, you will find some kind of passion for reading.  If you do, you're ready to go on to the intermediate level. Start reading the books with 50 - 100 pages, and with no pictures this time. If you read a really exciting book, like, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn(sorry if I misspelled it), for example, then you'll have even more passion for reading. Well, if you feel that... CONGRATULATIONS! You are ready to progress to the Expert level. Try reading some non-picture books, over 400 pages. If you can, viola!! Now you should try the platinum level. Try writing the stories now. Hmm... Sounds like quite a challenge, eh? But, as you write, you'll be surprised that you can write with ease, and when your comprehension exam comes along, you even might get an A+! You will be so proud.... And you will be happy that you've discovered the power of the book.

Passed on!

Well, what would you guess this post is about? Yep. It's about how some of my relatives passed something from them onto me! I'll be telling you about my close family... But maybe I can't tell you all. I have so many things passed on from so many relatives - I don't think they'll fit into just one single post.

Dad
The thing I got from my dad is his way of loving the sense of humor that he brings or other people bring to him. He can light up my day any time, and I even got the same mark on my right hand that he has! I think dad's the bravest and the best dad in the universe, because he shows us how much he loves us in really wonderful ways. I can't express how he does it! Maybe it's one of his secret recipes. Dad's great, and I'm so glad he's my dad!

Mum
Mum is a great person, and one of my best, best, best friends. She's the one I feel the most comfortable with telling my secrets to. She's the kind of person who only comes along like, once in a million years. I'm glad that I was born a million years after the first few tens of millions that came first! And my left hand has my mom's mark, and that shows that my mom will love me, even though I do some things that are wrong. I thank God that he has given me this wonderful and loving and caring mom.

I can't really finish all of my relatives, and as I said above, they can't fit all into one single post. Maybe you'll learn some more in my future posts - so please look into my diary every once in a year - or month, if you prefer - and maybe some new posts will appear. And who knows, some of them might even contain more information on my 'Passes'. Just look for the title "Passed on" and you'll know that I've included 2 more relatives to tell you about how they've passed something on to me.

Pets

Hi! Do you like pets? Are they like family to you? Or do you cringe away from even a mouse when you see one? Well, whether you like pets or not, I have some news for you. Pets Are Living Spirits(PALS). So treat your dog, cat, terrapin or whatsoever like how you would treat any other human being. Give them food, water and freedom all the time, and watch them. Isn't it exciting or peaceful? I had two hamsters once. One of them is Baby Jhonny(whose real name is actually Johnathan Revix Smith) and the other, the fierce one that killed Baby Jhonny, is Rubix(whose real name is actually Rubix Cube Ravensmith). They both were from different families, so they fought to death for the one survivor. Rubix was victorious, and so I saw Baby Jhonny, lying on the bedding, lifeless. I immediately scolded Rubix, but my Uncle Alj joked and said, "I saw Rubix throw Baby Jhonny out of the window." I argued with him that if he did, why was Baby Jhonny in the cage? He pointed out that Rubix could have used our ladder, climbed down, pick Baby Jhonny up, climbed back up the ladder, kept the ladder back in the storeroom, opened the cage, put Baby Jhonny's lifeless body on the bedding, nodded with satisfaction and started nibbling a nut. The End. I sighed with a look of resignation. My Uncle had too much imagination in him. But I was asking myself, "How could Rubix taken the ladder out of the storeroom?" So far, I didn't get an answer. That was, until I watched the movie G-force. The guinea pigs were superheroes. Oh, how fascinating! Yeah right. It only gave me the answer to my question.

Less hamster, more fish. 2 years after my hamsters' death, my parents decided to give me some fish. 6 tetras and 6 guppies - 3 male and 3 female. Since my tetras didn't have anyone to mate with, they all died in 3 months. But my guppies made it through with me. They multiplied and multiplied like mad, until I brought some wild fish home and put them in the same tank as the guppies. That was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The wild fish killed the guppies, until only one wild fish and 5 guppies, (which had a number of about 26 last time) were left. That wild fish was the one who killed all my guppies and changed their lives. When I found out, I was outraged, and I declared the fish down to the drain. I know! It was a cruel thing to do. But I couldn't find any other place that had water in my house. So I did my best to be gentle when I flushed it down. I think the fish was strong enough to survive the spiraling. At least I hope it did.
But now, my guppies are multiplying again, and I'm back to normal. At least I don't have to keep on picking the dead fish from my tank anymore. Their skin is so slimy, but I feel sorry for their death and I pity them for not being one of the 5 survivors that are living happily in my tank now.

Hey, Comment to me about how you feel about your pets, if you have any, please! I'd love to hear about how you love them(if you do) but tell me if you have any problems or need some help. I'll be there to answer your problems!

My Hobbies

Hello again! Welcome to yet another post by me. This post's topic is "My Hobbies", where I'll be introducing my hobbies to you. I'll also ask you about your hobbies as well. Now, the first hobby that I would like to share with you is that I love to read. I especially love to read books with about 400 or more pages, but just a hundred or fewer are also fine. As a result of my reading, now I love to write as well. That is the reason why I created this diary; so I could write and write - it's fascinating. I like writing fantasy and fiction stories the most, but I create non-fiction books sometimes too. I also like to use technologies, such as computers, phones, and whatsoever. But one thing I'm only comfortable with my mom to do, is to share all my deep secrets. She's the best mum in the world, did you know that? I know, everybody thinks their mom is the best. Yeah, I know how you feel. Kind of seems like your mom is the first person you'll think about going to when you have troubles. But, hey, I've said too much. Now, what are your hobbies? I'm sure I'd like to hear about them. Please comment to let me know your hobbies.

Some things you need to be informed about

Hi there! Well, I have something to tell you that you should know about. I will not be able to write on weekdays, so don't expect that there will be a new diary entry all the time. I'll only be able to write on weekends because my mum said that she wanted my brothers and I to study for our English, Math, French and Science exams. It's pretty tough, but on school and public holidays, I'll be able to write everyday, if there's news. And don't worry about missing out on some things, and don't worry that I'll forget. In any case I forget, I'll write the news on my notebook, and I'll write on the diary first thing after my tuition on Saturday. Even so, you can write comments whenever you like! I'll answer any comment on the weekends, so you'll be answered. And if you're not able to use the computer on weekdays, you can write a comment, before nightfall(which is 6.00 p.m.). You'll get your answer the next weekend, on Saturday(if you write on Sunday) or on Sunday(if you write on a Saturday).

Exemption accepted

Hi! If you're wondering what's 'exemption', then I'll tell you. Exemption means that you're not taking Mother Tongue anymore. My mother applied for total exemption for me and my brother when I was Primary 2, but we discovered that total exemption can only be applied to from the start of a new school. So my mum applied for exemption, and in lieu of Chinese, we were going to take French. Our first application was turned down, So we tried again. This time, the wait was very long, and the school year had started. My brother's exemption letter had arrived on Wednesday, but mine hadn't. But on Friday, it did! My mother was sleeping when she received a call from Miss Judy from the General Office, and she said that my exemption letter had arrived! When I heard about it, I was so excited to not have any more Chinese Exams that I nearly blasted off in to the sky! But instead, I just stood there, frozen with relief. My exemption was accepted now. I couldn't believe it. But it was true. I was happy and relieved, and that's the story of how my exemption got accepted.

Hello and welcome to my diary!

Hello! As you can see, this is like a diary, only it's called a blog. The writing is a diary's writing, and the background is a library, because I love to read books. I hope you enjoy my diary, and if you have anything to say, do feel free to leave a comment. It's my first time having an online diary, so please accept that I don't know what to write that much. I'll inform you if I'll be unable to update my diary, but most of the time, when i have something to share, the first thing I'll do it write it here. Again, I hope you enjoy reading my diary, and once again, do feel free to comment about what I missed and I would be grateful if you have some ideas for me to make the most out of my diary.

I have a friend or two that I would like to share with you.

Hi again. I just remembered my friend, Rachel, who was with me and helped me past January and half of February and one of my best friends, Trishinia who helped me past the primary 1 year at Fuhua Primary school with friendship and courtesy. First, I would like to tell you about Rachel in the next paragraph.
Rachel is kind and caring, even though she might seem a little bit of a chatterbox. She likes to help people to do things, like helping me carry my bag while I tie my shoelaces. But that's normal. Any good friend would love to help their friends, right? Rachel also helps to soothe my boring days by chattering about something unimportant, or playing games with me, such as 'Little rabbit lost his tooth', 'Fat hamburger' and one Chinese game that I think is called 'Yi Er San'.
Next, I'm going to tell you about my best friend, Trishinia. She is a chatterbox too, and she is kind of a busybody (No offense), but she's a wonderful friend. I was giving out swan origamis to my friends in Chinese class, such as Sonya, but the last and best one was going to be given to Trishinia. She didn't know that, though, so she gave me a playful punch. But that punch really, really hurt. So I pretended to ignore her for a little while. Then, she came to apologize, and I said, "OK. It's not really your fault." And we became best friends all over again. And I was sad to go to Canberra, leaving all my good friends, like Trishinia, Regeinald,  Bryant and Grace and France.
